I'm horrible at cheesecake. Love to eat it, haven't managed to make NY style which is my fav. A website I love is allrecipes.com. It's free and you can look at recipes and see members ratings and reviews. I go there and pick a recipe that has good reviews and then come to Cake Central for ideas on how to decorate what I baked. I hope this helps.
