Royal icing and a special lilly nail.
Line nail w/foil and *lightly* grease that.
Use tip 70; start at the bottom and pull up a leaf, making sure you draw the petal up so it touches the foil.
Do 3 of them to form a "Y", then fill in between them for a total of 6 petals.
The center is added after the petals have dried. Pipe a small green star and push in a bunch of artificial stamen - one of them should be longer than the others.
If you look at a real easter lily, you'll see that 3 petals overlap the 3 other petals, so make sure that after you do the 1st "Y" do the other 3 petals between the 1st 3 petals, but over them...
