Need More Techniques

Can someone tell me where I can find a tutorial on doing different styles of borders or trims on a cake. I literally have 3 methods and I am desparately seeking a new technique! I searched on youtube.com and couldn't find anything...not sure if I was using correct terminology either!

Someone please help...TIA to someone who does!!!

I tend to refer to the Wilton site for ideas and techniques sometimes. Here's a link to their buttercream techniques section. There's alot of non-border things on there but lots of good information and I did see a few borders...HTH!!

All the border is, is the same movement repeated over and over to look the same on the cake. So I say have some fun and make your own up and see what you like. icon_biggrin.gif

Try taking *every* tip you have and do the 3 methods you do know. It will look different w/a different tipicon_smile.gif
Some tips allow you to give it a 1/4 or even 1/2 turn to come up w/still another look.
