Nobody knows why they aren't showing up on the homepage! 
There is another post discussing this. If you want to access the easter photos they are in the gallery under holidays and easter photos (I believe) Only went in there that way once, but I know you can access it that way!

I was wondering also, usually they still on till day after the holiday.
