Icing...I know there is a recipe floating around here, that doesnt take the reg. course buttercream from class.

Ive seen a recipe that calls for Coffee Creamer, ANY IDEAS, Anyone? Please...thank you...and also possible that crust...can use other recipes but today, I need that one.

i use the BC recipe from serious_cakes posted in the recipe file. It is awesome! It doesn't crust a lot tho....

My favorite recipe for Texas is a great crusting one! If you are looking for an easy one, try indydebi's. GREAT!!!
