I'm new to the board. I'm planning on opening my own business so I'm able to work from home down the road. What will I need to start? I keep reading places that I'll need a couple of extra fridges?? Please let me know what the essentials are.

Welcome buggus, I no nothing about what you may need in Canada so I suggest you call your local health dept. or agr. dept to find out. I'm sure there are ppl from Canada on this list who can help as well. One other thing is to do a search for info.
