Need Help With Baby Shower Cake For A Work Shower Friday!!!!

So, at the last minute, on of the VP's asked me to make a cake for a shower on Friday.
The sex of the baby is not known, but the boss did already get some chocolate favors with Pink and Blue.
It just need a fairly small cake, so I am doing a 10 inch round (only needs to feed about 12) white cake, raspberry filling.
I am thinking all buttercream, with blue and pink polka dots, and a bow at the top. Is that too plain?
Also, I wanted to do a scroll "Welcome baby (name)".
Anyone have a pic of something fairly simple?
Thanks!
That sounds really nice to me. Try looking in the baby shower gallery, there are loads of ideas there.
I have a bib that I did. It was for a boy but you can change the colors and the design.
Maybe add a design based on some of the chocolate pieces???

Sounds good but how will you know the name if the sex is unknown???
I'm thinking she means the last name??
I like the idea you have and it doesn't sound too plain to me!
I did mean the last name!!!!! LOL
Thanks ladies! Now, onto learning to make a bow!! This will be my first one!
