Hey Guys!! I have a bday cake to do for one of my friend's co worker. I am very nervous because my idea was to do a 2 tier cake. This will be my first paid project so I need every thing to be absolutely perfect! I would really love to know if It would be necessary to use dowels for a two tier cake. Please help me! this is an emergency!!

Absolutely!!! I would never not dowel a tiered cake!!! You are just asking for a dissaster!!
