I'm trying to drum up some interest to have Lorraine McKay (Aine2) the have a workshop here in Ontario. I'm looking to see if anyone would be interested. I'm thinking that Toronto may be the most central location or possibly London, Ontario.
Lorraine has expressed an interest in comming to Canada. We haven't discussed dates yet I'm looking to drum up some interest and we will then see about booking.
Post a repy, or send a message to express your interest.

I would love to attend! I'm in Waterloo and I'd rather go to London than Toronto if possible. So exciting!

I would also like to attend!! I'm in Cambridge so either London or Toronto would be fine, though my first choice would be London. icon_smile.gif

Oooh, I'd love to take one of the workshops ... Cool/weird thing about this area is that we're closer to Toronto than any major U.S. city. icon_razz.gif

That said, I'd pick Toronto (DH badly wants to take the boys to the Hockey Hall of Fame, which I could as leverage) but London would be doable, too.

I'm glad everyone is stating where they would prefer the class as it is helpful to determine where the class will be. The final determination will be when we decide the date and and start confirming the classes.

I have to respond to this and put it right. I AM coming to Canada in July 2010. I had mentioned on Facebook that I was considering dates for classes in different parts of the world and would be starting a list of interest which means anyone who adds their name to the list would have priority when registration for any of the classes were advertised.

When I posted my comment about considering dates, I simply meant that the invitations were already accepted by myself and all that was to be set were the dates. The dates for 3 countries were already settled and they are on my blog so that people can be added if they wish to be. A short time ago I agreed a month with the organisers of the Canadian classes who are Flour Confections from Pickering, Ontario.

So that's where I'll be in July 2010. The actual dates will be on my blog very soon and a list of interest set up there with details of the classes too.

If you need to know any more information you can contact me at [email protected] I'll be posting details of the Canadian classes there very soon.

Cheers! thumbs_up.gif
