Can I Keep This Out Of The Fridge?

I am making a wonky 3 tiered cake this week and have no room to store it in the fridge. The bottom layer is mud cake and the other 2 are buttercake sponges with white ganache filling. I will be covering them all in fondant so do I need to keep it in the fridge?
Most decorating books I read say that fondant shouldn't be put in the fridge anyway. So what cakes can be left out? My ganache has cream in it and the yellow sponge has eggs and butter. What is everyone else doing?
Thanks for the advice. Here is the link to my finished cake. http://www.cakecentral.com/modules/coppermine/albums/userpics/169323/normal_Klare.jpg
