I posted a pic of my niece's last cake, and I just showed her the responses she got. She practically floated out of the bakery. I haven't seen a smile that big in a LONG time. From the bottom of my heart, I have to say thank you to all of you!!! icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

Pretty cakes!

Do you stick flower stems directly into cakes? I see a ton of fresh flowers that are touching the buttercream and was curious about how you treat the stems.
