They are so easy. Cut 3-5 circles out of fondant. Lay down 1 circle and then place another with the outside edge about in the middle of the first. Keep doing that until you use all the circles. Paint a line of water down the center and then roll them up from the outside edge. Cut them into two pieces in the center. Viola! 2 roses. I'm not sure if I explained it so you can understand. I think I saw pictures somewhere.

question. i've checked out both links, very nice i might add; it shows using 3 circles but has a finished one with five petals. i wish they'd show the steps like they have only with the 5 circles. would make it easier to understand when and how to apply those last two petals.

I've always done it the same as with the 3 circles. I lay out 5 circles and roll them up and cut in half. It's always worked for me! HTH ![]()
