Cookie Glaze???

Im going to be making sugar cookies to look like perogies, and i want them to be shiny...... any ideas?

are you decorating them to look like perogies (like with a royal-icing type icing) that you want to be shiny, or are you looking for just a glaze that is shiny to go on top of them?

im shaping them like perogies and just want a glaze to go over top..... give them that cooked look

brush them with eggwash before you bake them

I was going to suggest an egg wash too.

Or a really, really thin powdered sugar glaze that you "paint" on top
