OK--my main peeve is public cell phone calls. I could vent all day on that but my new peeve is current clients and potential clients calling me on Saturday--the busiest day for finishing cakes, deliveries and cleaning up. Especially those that have had a cake (birthday or shower) on order for a month and it's due the next week. They just want to touch base with me and discuss all the particulars.

I put my phone on "silent" and let all calls go to voice mail. Then return all calls later in the evening. Thanks for letting me vent.

Good for you! I was just going to say...why don't you let them get a recording...We are experiencing high call volumes...LOL
