The shortening I used to use was great, but I've moved out of state and can't find a suitable replacement. I've gone to a few websites to purchase hi ratio shortening, but the smaller quantity is never available. It's only available in the 50 lb tub. Does anyone know where I can find a small tub? I've looked on (abbreviating) chefswhs, gsa. Kitchnkrfts has some, but it's an different brand. Is this brand as good as sweetex or alpine? Please help.
