Try the chocolate syrup frosting in the recipe section. It's Very good!!

I know this was for Wednesday's cake, but stick this recipe in your file; it's a great fudge filling (or icing) - it's the last post on the thread (blender ganache) - really more of a fudge than a ganache

Melt together a bag of chocolate chips with a can of sweetened condensed milk. Let cool until it thickens. Easy peasy!

Jodie, you and your sweetened condensed milk. Between this current suggestion and your wicked caramel, I don't know whether to thank you or slap you upside the head LOL!

PS do you ever eat your caramel with sea salt on top??? Image

PPS your chocolate suggestion is actually just like the "blender ganache"--the only difference is it uses unsweetened chocolate+sugar; while your chips obviously contain everything all in one. Interesting!

The best chocolate fudge icing recipe is on the back of the Hershey's Cocoa can. Yum!
