Hello,

I was wondering if cupcakes made on thursday, decorated friday and delivered on saturday, then would they still be ok. I don't do many cupcakes so am just curious.

They'll be fine. Make sure they are in an airtight container, especially before they are frosted.

I would think so. Also, people have suggested brushing the top with simple syrup (equal parts water and granulated sugar boiled together till all sugar is dissolved) before frosting them to retain the moisture and freshness.

With the simple syrup, would you put that on a hot cuppie or a cold cuppie?
