I love NFSC but woud like to try something else - thought of shortbread.
Would shortbread be good frosted w sugar cookie type frosting?

The recipe I use for my cookies is actually more of a shortbread and it does great! I use a glace icing and I raves. I got my recipe from Peggy Porschen. It you look her up online, you should be able to find the recipe. I'd type it up, but my recipes are in the middle of the ocean somewhere!
