I just spent the better part of 3 hours making this little critter...I'm just not sure it's done. Do you thing it needs anything else before it goes onto the cake?
He/she is very cute and well done. Looks like all it needs is a cake to sit on.
On second look, maybe a little color on the outline of the mouth or maybe some tiny buttons down the front.
Maybe this should be in the Cake Decorating forum instead of the business one, to get more replies?

It is sooooooooo cute! Other than what was already mentioned, I was thinking a little heart shaped patch on the left side of the bunnies chest. I just thought that would look cute.
But even so, leaving him just as is, is quite adorable!!!

Your bunny is adorable - I just want to hug it and squeeze it and call it George. 
The blush idea sounds good- I might also add a tiny daisy where the ear meets the head just for a girly touch.
