So today my aunt came into my dad's office and gave me a beater blade that she had boughten for herself but got the wrong size... i love it when people make goofs like this. Needless to say i'm super excited, i've been lusting for one for a couple months now; but with tuition and such it's been put on the "get it later list". Now that i've got it, i'm wondering if those of you who have one and use Sugarshack's buttercream recipe does it work any different? it wont creat air bubbles will it? should i not use it for this buttercream? HELP i'm so nervous to use it!
