My first baking disaster.... When I was taking it out the pan it literally fell into pieces!!! I must say- Its the best tasting cake I've tasted... To bad I couldn't keep it together.

I am sorry for you. I just made 3 10 in layers and 3 6 in layers for a cake tomarrow. My husband was watching me fill these, and I cut each to 1 in layers with 2 layers of filling. He wasn't to happy with the 1/2 in each I took off each layer. He doesn't really like cake. But I said the kids will enjoy it tommarrow. CAKEBALLS

I did that recently too. Sorry that happened. Tricky things cakes can be!

Hopefully you'll have better luck in the future.

I'm glad I don't like cake, or I'd be 100 lbs over weight from eating my mistakes. icon_lol.gif
