Hi everyone,
Please does anyone have any techniques on how to have a smooth finish on buttercream icing. I so many cakes in buttercream that look so perfect and mine never come out that smooth icon_smile.gif

Please look up SharonZ (aka:SugarShack) ....... she has DVDs; videos and many, many posts on this site for the best icing possibleicon_smile.gif
