I made a full batch of wiltons BC for accents and I only needed a litte. Can I freeze the rest? How long will it keep if I can?

Yes, you can freeze it. Just put it in a freezer bag. It will be fine for about 6 months if it has butter in it. Pretty much indefinitely if all shortening and ps.
