Hi guys I have been asked by one of my customers to do Petit Fours for an upcoming bridal shower. YIKES....I have never made these..not even sure how to go about making these! Could anyone that has ever made these give me some suggestions....best cake to use, what do you cover them with...I see some people say poured fondant? Are they really a ton of work? What would I even charge for them? Any and all help I will really APPRECIATE!!! Thanks so much! icon_biggrin.gif

i would charge a hefty amount for each because they are a P.I.T.A!!! $2-$4 per petit four
