Okay, am I missing something. I bought some fat daddio pans and they didn't have labels with cooking times or amounts of batter that they need. Is there somewhere that I can find this info? I know that they are supposed to be baked at 325 degrees, but that is about it. I am sure I can always just guess and keep an eye on the cakes as they bake but it would be nice to have some sort of idea.
Hi Justnda,
See the first post on this thread for the answer to you question.

If you read further into the post, please be warned. It gets a bit heavy!
Very helpful chart JanH! I didn't know you were supposed to bake at 325. I've baked at 325 for large size pans, but are you supposed to for all Fat Daddios pans? I just bought two 5x5x3 FD pans. Should I bake them at 325 too?
I don't have any FD cake pans, I just found that info (in response to a previous request.)
Might want to read the above mentioned FD thread.....
I have Wilton 2 & 3"cake pans, so the smallest cake pan I have is 6" which I usually bake at 325F.
HTH
