Okay, am I missing something. I bought some fat daddio pans and they didn't have labels with cooking times or amounts of batter that they need. Is there somewhere that I can find this info? I know that they are supposed to be baked at 325 degrees, but that is about it. I am sure I can always just guess and keep an eye on the cakes as they bake but it would be nice to have some sort of idea. icon_confused.gif

Very helpful chart JanH! I didn't know you were supposed to bake at 325. I've baked at 325 for large size pans, but are you supposed to for all Fat Daddios pans? I just bought two 5x5x3 FD pans. Should I bake them at 325 too?

I don't have any FD cake pans, I just found that info (in response to a previous request.) icon_redface.gif

Might want to read the above mentioned FD thread.....

I have Wilton 2 & 3"cake pans, so the smallest cake pan I have is 6" which I usually bake at 325F.
