Okay, am I missing something. I bought some fat daddio pans and they didn't have labels with cooking times or amounts of batter that they need. Is there somewhere that I can find this info? I know that they are supposed to be baked at 325 degrees, but that is about it. I am sure I can always just guess and keep an eye on the cakes as they bake but it would be nice to have some sort of idea. ![]()
