The hardest part of a purse cake is the style of the cake. I have created 2 LV and 1 Coach. Locate a picture of what you want on-line and construct from there. There is a "How To" on making a purse cake. just stack the cake to the desired height, shape the sides and decorate.
I use BC, and roll it after crusting to get the leather look. Check out my pics to see them.
