This is my first post although I have been reading and learning from past posts for years now.
I was wondering if I make a cake with say raspberry filling do I need to refrigerate it or will it last a couple days? I am making my first tiered cake for my Mother-in-law and I have to take it from WI to NE. Thanks in advance, you guys are always to helpful.
I've made this several times - it will last up to 2 days at room temp and it's wonderful !! ![]()
