Does anyone know if there is a video out on the web somewhere that actually shows someone doing cornelli lace piping? I tried a search on Youtube, but didn't see one. I would love to see it done on a flat surface, but I'm thinking about the sides and for the life of me can't see how people get that done!
I searched the web for videos and didn't find any either. I did find Wilton's instructions:

It's not hard. You can practice on a cake board too.
You need to use b'cream that has been thinned w/some piping gel. You don't want it to awfully thin, but the gel gives it stretch and thins it out some. About a teaspoon or two per cup of b'cream icing.
It is usually done w/tip 2 but until you get the feel for it use 3 or 4.
Make "M" and "U" and "W" shapes randomly all over the cake. Do not go in a line up then down, but move around in circles. The lines must never touch or cross over each other.
I have a couple of pix in my photo gallery w/cornelli on them. Maybe looking at them while working will help you.
I don't have a camera for video's or I'd make one
