I tried searching for this before posting but didn't find anything. Does spice cake mix work well with WASC recipe? If it does, should I be adding a few spices in there as well like all spice? Finally, what is a good filling for spice cake? This is going to be the second and top tiers of a 3 tier cake. The bottom is regular WASC with lemon cream filling. The groom didn't like that and asked today if I could make some of it spice . Thanx for ANY suggestions! I am drawing complete blanks for some reason!!

Well, I did it anyway and it's not too bad. Really mild flavour, so it should have a more intense filling I guess.
