Sorry I can't help....but this cake is simple but so elegant....love it. Please let us all know if/when you find out.
Looks to me like a fondant covered cake with a gumpaste rose where they took starting from the smallest petal to the largest petal adding them one at a time until they got it to cover the cake. Some companies have rose petal cutters that are individual tiny to huge in size. I've only used the 5 petal cutters myself.
