I personally love Toba's (a.k.a. Wilton's Shiny Cookie Icing) because it's so flexible. I can make small amounts or large, thick or thin. That said....I'm surprised you'd tamper with success! Your cookies are perfect little works of art, so it's obvious that what you're using works for you.
