Hi i need your help I need to make a Strawberry cake from scratch but the recipe calls for a cake flour can I use all purpose flour instead? or how can I doctor a strawberry box mix? TIA

There are substitues for cake flour but I don't know how good they are? Check out joyofbaking.com.I think it's one cup ap flour minus two tablespoons is the substitute for one cup cake flour.
