I have a cake to do for next weekend. I am planning to make Michele Foster's fondant recipe and when is a good time to make it? Now or should I wait and make it next week sometime? Thanx!

I think you can make it one week in advance and have no trouble. I make this same recipe and freeze it sometimes. Leave plenty of time to thaw before you have to use it.
