I made a little too much raspberry filling. Can it be frozen and then used or does anybody know how long it will last in the fridge? I don't have another cake until next week.
Your filling should be just fine in the fridge until next week.
Do you have a recipe for raspberry filling...it's one of my favorites.
I used the raspberry filling recipe from this site and it went over really well.
