Ideas For A Cake Border

I always have problems coming up with good ideas for cake borders. I always do the usual fondant balls, ropes, etc.

would love for everyone to post a picture or idea for thier favorite or unique cake border.

. . . but I would also take the theme of the cake into account when I was designing the cake . . . maybe the balls need to be pumpkins . . . or Easter eggs . . . you get the idea . . .

This wasn't a fondant cake, but the borders could still be used on one.
