Chocolate Covered Oreos Question

My 16 year old hates it that I put all chocolate in the freezer. M&M's, hershey bars, hershey kisses, reese's cups (which never really get frozen SOLID). Milky Way are just refrigerated because of the carmel. Oh, and Pepperidge Farm Milano Cookies HAVE to be frozen .... eaten only after dipping them for a long period of time in milk (while still "frozen").
I obviously don't have the will power that you folks do, because I have already eaten the ones I had left over from Christmas. I did smash up leftover candy canes and added them to my melted white chocolate, then covered Oreo's in one of my Spinningleaf molds. Yum!!
This really caught my eye - I've never heard of dipping oreos in chocolate. Is this regular chocolate or white chocolate?
I've heard of dipping ritz crackers with peanut butter (sandwiches) in white chocolate and its awesome but i'm surprised oreos need anything - they are awesome alone.
You can dip oreos in white chocolate or regular chocolate. Nabisco does this and sells them only a few to a box for a large amount of money, usually during the holidays. You can do it at home with the almond bark you buy at Walmart and they are delicious, very sweet, like candy.
frozen m&m's are great too!! does anyone know if you can color milk chocolate black with candy color? I have someone who wants pink and black oreos, but does not only want to use white chocolate. She wants some milk chocolate as well. Do you think that would work?
I don't see why that wouldn't work. Just get some colors that are specifically for chocolate and I'll bet you have black in no time since you're already starting with the brown chocolate.

Oh my gosh those are the best cookies - the "frosted" Oreos in the white chocolate.
