So far my only cake pans are Williams-Sonoma, and I love them. They're nice and heavy, with rolled edges. However, I'd like to get some sizes that W-S doesn't make, like 6" round and square.

What are your favorite brands?

I've seen a lot of Fat Daddio pans on Amazon and Global Sugar Art, but don't know how good they are. I looked at the Wilton pans at Hobby Lobby and Michael's, but they feel thin and cheap.
