I have to do a cake for my friend's daughter's Confirmation. She wants it centered around an angel Cameo pendant that she wants to buy for her. Blue and white are her colours. Any ideas??

I saw an oval cake with light blue fondant with a cameo in the center. Can't remember where, sorry. Or if you have or can get a cross pan, you can put the cameo in the center of that with white and blue decorations.
