How Many Servings Needed?

I'm doing a wedding in which they are only serving hordourves and will have a bar. The bride wants a small cake just for cutting 4" & 6" stacked and then wants about 4/5 different small desserts as well. I'm thinking mini tarts, cake balls, mini cheesecakes not sure what else yet. About how many servings of each do you think I will need to serve 100 people?

A 4 & 6 cutting cake/?? That sure is **super tiny!!**
Have you shown her how small it will look?

As for other desserts usually you plan on 2 or 3 per person.

I agree w/ kakeladi. I think a 6/8, though maybe more than she will actually consume, would LOOK better. That's important for the pictures they'll be looking at the rest of their lives!! icon_smile.gif

Thanks for the tips. I did show her how big the cake would be, but she wants something tiny.

Since they are also serving hors doeuvres, then 2-3 desserts per person sounds about right.
