Does people really eat the balls of fondant around the bottoms of the cake. I want to do a whimsical cake that has all the fondant balls, but was wondering if people really ate them.

One more questions, I got an order of Choco-pan today Hot pink and Mint green and it is so hard I cannot get it out of the bucket, is that the way it is suppose to be. I have not used this before.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think anybody really eats fondant...except for kids, they seem to love it. Unless it's MMF and then I'm all over that!

I know that when I've used SatinIce in the past, it was hard to get out of the tub and I'd have to lift the bag it was in out of the tub and then cut a chunk off and knead it so it would soften up a bit. I've never worked with Choco-pan before, but I bet that would work. Good luck!
