I would love to learn how to marble the candy in the molds. In particular, this heart mold.

Any help would be appreciated.

You don't marble the candy in the mold. What you do is melt the two colors of chocolate and then drop small amounts of one color into the other and swirl with a toothpick. Swirl only enough to marble nicely--too much, and you just mix the two colors completely. Once you have marbled, you can put the chocolate into the mold.

At least, that's how I've been doing it. (You can see the marbling on the seashells on this cake: http://www.cakecentral.com/cake-photo_1167413.html )
