I'm throwing a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend the end of this month, and I'm making the cake...I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what to make, he is a cop and part time firefighter. I'm trying to put the two together into a cake..Anyone have ideas?!?!

I guess the best place to start would be to know how old he'll be, and what some of his interests are?

If you want to design something around police/firefighter, you could do the 2 different badges on the cake. Or maybe the 2 vehicles?

sirens? That's the first thing that comes to mind.

2 tiered- 1 blue with a police shield, one red with flames and a fireman's shield?

I bet you'll get lots of ideas from others......

You could do something with a tagline like "Put out the fire and catch the guys who started it." Or some sort of double team idea. It could be fun to do a cop in a fire truck as a whoops forgot to change my uniform! I hope it all works out good!
