Yes you can...I have torn the house up trying to find the darn recipe. When I find it I will PM you with it. I believe it is 11 cups distilled water 3 cups sifted sugar 1 bottle peppermint extract and NOT oil I used Mccormick and 1 bottle of ClearSpring Everclear 190 proof. It all fits into a 1 gallon jug. Mix and Enjoy but before you enjoy to much let me try and find it. We didnt make it this year and I'm using the extra everclear to paint with that we had from 2 years ago!
