A friend of mine just made Chocolate Mint (chocolate cake with chocolate icing, w/ mint extract added to it), dipped in chocolate; Butter Pecan dipped in white chocolate & topped w/ a candied pecan; and Double chocolate.

I use chocolate cake with creme de menthe coated in chocolate - my SIL is addicted to these. I've also used amaretto.

I also make non alcoholic ones for the kids - I want to try chocolate cake with some peanut butter. I put sprinkles on the ones for the kids while the coating is still wet. The kids know they can eat the ones with the sprinkles.
