I just received 3 Debbie Brown's book. AMAZING! My questions? Has anyone made her cake recipe? Is it any good? Can you use any cake recipe like WASC for her designs? And (sorry for so many questions...I have REALLY missed this site) what is caster/superfine sugar?

Thank you anyone for your help!

Foodsubs.com says caster sugar is just more fine & to make your own place your granulated sugar in a food processor or blender for about one minute. Let the dust settle first before taking off the lid. Wish I could help you on the cakes, but I've not tried them. I have sculpted WASC & other cakes as well. One tip is to put them in the freezer until firm (maybe 30-45 min) & it'll cut back on crumbs.
