They are so neat and I have seen them several times! I just can't wrap my poor Christmas addled brain around how...I see noted 1M tip, which I have...are they started in the center maybe? Forgive my ignorance, but I am just learning decorating and need visual and written instructions sometimes!!

I do believe you start in the middle and take it out towards the edge

When I did mine I just started with my tip in the center and tipped my piping bag a little and kept moving the cupcake around. Hope this helps.
