i have a grooms cake to do and the mother said that the grooms favorite is lemon supreme my question is would that taste good with lemon buttercream or would it be to lemony

Depends on how well they like lemon. I hate lemon cake, lemon cookies, lemon baked goods of any kind ... so the whole thing would be too lemony for me! icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

Mmmm I like lemon! How about a lemon filling of some sort (pudding or curd?) and then vanilla buttercream to ice?
