Where can I get a clay gun that i can pipe out fondant stripes like these on this pic.

The Makins clay extruder is really popular. You can get it at Hobby Lobby, and maybe at Michael's. Look for the next 40% off coupon.

It does require a lot of muscle to push the clay out. Someone may be able to refer you to the site that has a little add on that makes that part easier.

Just knead in some veg shortening to the fondant and it will be much easier to squeeze out thru the extruder.

They're 25 bucks, and Hobby Lobby has a 40% off coupon this week. Check out their website to print it.

I use Satin Ice with tylose added and have never had to add vegetable shortening to the fondant with the Makin's. That's the wonderful thing about a screw-type plunger. icon_smile.gif

Here is another place you can order it from just in case the hobby shop is out of stock.

I got mine from this place and I bought the ultimate extruder. It took a few days for me to receive it.

I just bought one on ebay. But they do sell them at any craft store (Michaels, AC Moore)

A lot of people have said Michael's quit carrying the good Makin's one. They still have a few of the push ones that are a PITA. At least at my Michael's they do. I found them down the polymer clay aisle. They are near the Makin's clay tools, cutters, and molds.

Hobby Lobby still carries the Makin's one and also has 40% off coupons you can watch for. There is also a link somewhere earlier in this post to a company that has the Makin's extruder.
