I am wanting to make the White Chocolate Fondant. It calls for a cup
glucose.

Does anyone know if Michaels carries this? I have checked Hobby Lobby and they don't.

Or grocery stores or Walmart?

Thanks to anyone who can help me.

Vicki

Real glucose is probably only available at cake supply shops.
You might be able to sub Karo syrup but it is a little thinner than glucose.
You might try a well stocked pharmacey.
At Michael's you might find small bottles - about 1 oz ea.icon_sad.gif

Michaels used to carry it (in the Wilton) isle, but I have not seen it for a while. AC Moore might carry. If you can't find it in these stores you may have to order through the internet (wilton.com is one place I know would have it). Good luck!

I was in Michaels today and it was there, actually, I just picked up 2 more containers to make more of the white chocolate fondant. They should have it, as well as AC Moore.

I purchased mine at Michael's, too.
